Hostel Accommodation:

Hostel accommodation will be provided on a first-come-first serve basis, with preference being given to first year students, and girl students.
Hostel fees is to be paid only by those students to whom the hostel is allocated & will be confirmed only after deposition of hostel fees. Many private hostels have also come up or are in the process of coming up in the close vicinity of the campus.
For any cancellation of admission within one month from start of first semester, one month hostel fees will be deducted. No refund shall be given in case of hostel cancellation after one month of start of classes. It will take approximately two months for refund of hostel fees from date of cancellation.
Hostel charges including mess charges for academic year 2012-2013 were Rs. 1,06,500/- per annum. This fees is likely to be changed.
Hostel fees is to be deposited by Demand Draft drawn in favour of Symbiosis Institute of Technology, payable at Pune.

Refund Rules:


a) Withdrawal before the start of classes: Rs. 1000 plus actual charges of hospitalization insurance.
b) Within one month of the start of classes charges as at (a) above and one month fee on pro rata basis (1/12 of the full year fees), provided the seat vacated by the student is filled up.
c) After one month of start of classes: No refund, only caution money will be refunded.
