PhD

SIU started PhD programs in Engineering with effect from the academic year 2010-11.The undergraduate students will also get an opportunity to work on some sub-area of larger research problems , as their major or minor projects. The institute is presently in the process of procuring necessary equipment and facilities in the identified research areas. 26 students are pursuing PhD from faculty of engineering in SIU.
