Mr. Amit Goyal, AGM Body Shop Maintenance and Mr. Sumit Koul, AGM Assembly Planning visited SIT on 30th December, 2019. They visited the following SIT research centres/ labs and interacted with the respective faculty experts -

  • Symbiosis Centre for Waste Resource Management (http://www.scwmas.org/). IoT
  • Solar Photovoltaic, Advanced Manufacturing and Automobile Engineering labs
  • 'Reuse of treated wastewater for agriculture' project in Civil Engineering Department
Possible collaboration opportunities were discussed with respect to industrial waste (solid / water) treatment, internet of things, acoustic based predictive maintenance, image processing based applications etc.
