AICTE-Scheme for Promoting Interests, Creativity and Ethics among Students (SPICES) 2022 – 2023
Symbiosis Institute of Technology received the prestigious grant from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) named Scheme for Promoting Interests, Creativity and Ethics among Students (SPICES) for the period of 2022-23. Under this collaboration, various events, competitions, workshops were hosted to promote & facilitate the pursuit; as well as development of students’ interests & creativity work. All events were focused on learning beyond the book, inculcating professional ethics, sensitizing students to understand the importance of individual and team work and expanding the mental horizons of the participants.
These opportunities enhanced their social experience, developed students’ organization and management skills. This holistic platform provided exposure to professional ethics, and embodied a strong ethos of multicultural growth and environmental sustainability amongst the budding engineers.
