Bajaj Auto Ltd. has launched its flagship CSR initiative “BEST - Bajaj Engineering Skills Training” program to upskill engineering and diploma graduates in the contemporary and evolving technology used in Industry 4.0. As a part of this initiative, Bajaj Auto has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Symbiosis International (Deemed University) (SIU) to set up BEST center at Symbiosis Institute of Technology (SIT), Pune with the investment of INR 30 Crore to build the state-of-the-art laboratories.
The BEST Center offers a 4.5-month (Graduate Trainee Engineer – GTE) Certification Program designed exclusively for Graduate Engineers. The program is structured across two specialized verticals: Robotics and Automation and Industry 4.0 & Smart Manufacturing. This initiative equips trainees with the essential skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience required to become industry-ready professionals. The curriculum is aligned with future-centric domains such as Mechatronics, Motion Control and Sensor Technology, Industry 4.0, and advanced manufacturing practices.

Program Highlights:
- Four interdisciplinary learning modules covering advanced domains such as Mechatronics, Motion Control and Sensor Technology, Robotics and Automation, and Industry 4.0 & Smart Manufacturing.

Graduate Trainee Engineer (GTE) Course (Both Verticals)
- B.E./B.Tech Completed or Pursuing Final Semester - Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Automobile / Instrumentation / Mechatronics or any other Equivalent are eligible for the Graduate Trainee Engineer (GTE) course.
- Aggregate of 50% marks or equivalent grade/CGPA in all years/semesters of their qualifying examination
- Undergraduate students who are in their final semester and doing an internship are also eligible to apply
